Submission Guidelines

Requirements and Guidelines

 

Here's a list of what we ask for in submissions:

detailed project description (including artist statement if applicable)

installation and technical requirements (including diagrams if applicable)

curriculum vitae

support material illustrating the project and/or your previous work

list of support material

self-addressed, pre-paid envelope for return of material if desired

Accepted formats for support material:

 

35mm slides

NTSC video - VHS or DVD

Audio CD

Data CD-Rs containing jpeg images

- must be in ISO cross-platform format

- must be numbered in the format: 01_title.jpg

- must include a slide list

Please also feel free to include publications, press clippings or other information that is relevant to your proposal
URLs of web sites are welcome, but the actual submission proposal must come to us as a physical package by mail. Email submissions will not be accepted.
