A screening of recent members’ short film and video projects presented in partnership by EMMEDIA (Calgary), Film And Video Arts Society – Alberta (Edmonton), PAVED Arts (Saskatoon) and the Saskatchewan Filmpool Cooperative (Regina).

This call is open to all current members of PAVED Arts in good standing.

We are looking for short video or film works, from one to 15 minutes in length, to comprise a 20 minute section of an 80 minute screening (to be divided equally among the Red Rover participant-centres). All submissions, including those shot on film or High Definition, should be delivered as a quicktime H264 .mov file — either on a data DVD disc or by upload through Dropbox. Please ensure that the sound on the submission is in a stereo format.

The deadline for receipt of submissions is Friday, August 30th, 2013.

The Red Rover Screening will be staged simultaneously at FAVA in Edmonton, EMMEDIA in Calgary and co-presented by the Saskatchewan Filmpool and PAVED Arts in Saskatoon. All screening fees will be triple the IMAA standard in observation of the three-city presentation.

The Red Rover screening will be held on Friday, October 4th, 2013.
