John Morgan is a former founding member of Video Verite in Saskatoon and continues to be an active member of the media arts community in Saskatoon. PAVED Arts is proud to showcase a collection of his work in this instalment of Toon’s Kitchen. “Reflecting On Quietude” features seven short works by John Morgan, each with a rather simple composition or motif that utilizes video so as to contemplate the rural landscape, township, country, or even the self. Toon’s Kitchen celebrates Saskatoon-based artists who have made a significant contribution to Video Art practices on both a local and national scale. This screening series is designed to compliment Toon’s Kitchen: New Voices, a mentorship program that opens March 13th.
