PAVED Arts is accepting submissions for our large billboard space that is mounted on the front facade of our building. PAVED Arts and AKA Gallery have mounted a variety of independent artist projects on this shared space, and from its inception the space has eschewed promotional projects or anything resembling advertizing. Artists who have mounted projects on the billboard include, Jo-Anne Balcaen & Jillian McDonald, Martin Beauregard, Cathy Busby, Stephanie Chabot, Clark Ferguson, Karen Elaine Spencer and many others.
The PAVED Arts billboard space faces onto one of the busiest corridors in Saskatoon, 20th Street West, located in the burgeoning “Riversdale” district. The billboard itself is 50 feet wide by 14 feet 7 inches high. There is a guard rail that runs along the bottom fifth of the billboard space. Please note: darker colours absorb sunlight faster and do not have as long a life on the billboard.
