Saturday, February 1, 3–6 pm
PAVED Arts Production Centre, 424 20th St. W. Saskatoon

Using only gear available in the PAVED audio suite, Ghost will showcase the gear and the programmes that you can use to make your own original hip-hop beat. Making your own beats is a challenge, but you’ll never have to buy beats off the internet again! This workshop will teach how to use Pro Tools and MIDI Controllers to take charge of your own creative process!

No tools or materials needed— learn to use what’s available at PAVED Arts so you can confidently use the audio suite.

Previous experience is not necessary, but an understanding of music theory will be an asset as making a beat may involve understanding of musical basics.
