For the 2026 screening of works by members of our community, we affirm the “Persistence of Vision” and gather a multiplicity of “Points of View.” The program for PoV will reflect the great diversity of artistic expression with the moving image as it pertains to the PAVED Arts membership.
Holiday Party & Volunteer Appreciation
Following the screening of PoV, please join us in the Main Gallery for the annual PAVED Arts Holiday Party from 9 pm to 12 am. Celebrate the season with treats, karaoke, guest DJs, and maybe even a visit from Dr. Santa.
We will also be celebrating our dedicated volunteers throughout the evening. You know who you are— enjoy a complimentary beverage courtesy of PAVED Arts as a token of our appreciation.
Call for Submissions
Submission Deadline: Friday, November 27, 2026, at 6pm CST.
Submit your short video to PAVED Arts for inclusion in the PoV screening. We are welcoming video works between 1 and 15 minutes in duration, with a limit of one entry per artist or director. Independent Media Arts Alliance (IMAA) screening fees will be paid to participating artists and directors.
Please include the following details with your submission:
- Title of work and year of completion
- Exact running time in minutes and seconds
- A brief synopsis between 100 and 200 words
- Artist or director contact and e-transfer details
How to Deliver Your Video
Please send your video file or link to artisitic@pavedarts.ca. Submissions can be delivered via the following options:
- Transfer services using WeTransfer or Smash
- A shared link via Google Drive, making sure sharing permissions are set so anyone with the link can view and download
- A Vimeo link, provided downloading is explicitly enabled in your video settings
